OverviewThe Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest&rsquo;s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel&rsquo;s vision, mission, and core values.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate hotel reservation system, take calls and provide information and transfer calls</li><li>Assisting airline and third party reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups</li><li>Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.</li><li>Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift</li><li>Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Availability to work PM schedules, including occasional morning or mid-shift.</li><li>Ability to show up to shift on time and perform necessary job functions</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.</li><li>OPERA experience is preferred</li><li>Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.</li><li>Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint</li></ul>Join us as a Front Desk Associate to bring your enthusiasm for customer service and administrative excellence into a role that makes a real difference every day!Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li><li>Overnight Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Philadelphia, PA 19153 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
