We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team, focusing on a long-term work at a key client location. If you excel at problem-solving, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to proactive and efficient maintenance, we invite you to apply.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all carpentry-related fixtures, fittings, and structures at the client site.</li><li>Diagnose and repair defects, damage, and wear and tear on wooden structures, furniture, doors, windows, and cabinets.</li><li>Execute reactive repair work promptly and efficiently in response to client requests.</li><li>Read and interpret maintenance logs, work orders, and blueprints to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.</li><li>Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance and repair work performed.</li><li>Collaborate with other maintenance staff and the client's facilities team to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Manage a supply of essential tools and materials for common maintenance tasks.</li><li>Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong emphasis on repair and maintenance work.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and repair methods.</li><li>Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools for both fine finishing and structural repairs.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and fix issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with the client and other team members.</li><li>A proactive and organized approach to work, with a focus on preventative maintenance.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
