Carpenter

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our team, focusing on a long-term work at a key client location. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all carpentry-related fixtures, fittings, and structures at the client site.
• Diagnose and repair defects, damage, and wear and tear on wooden structures, furniture, doors, windows, and cabinets.
• Execute reactive repair work promptly and efficiently in response to client requests.
• Read and interpret maintenance logs, work orders, and blueprints to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain a detailed record of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and the client's facilities team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage a supply of essential tools and materials for common maintenance tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong emphasis on repair and maintenance work.
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and repair methods.
• Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools for both fine finishing and structural repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and fix issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with the client and other team members.
• A proactive and organized approach to work, with a focus on preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
