Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences inside and outside.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.</li><li>Assess student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.</li><li>Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies and help facilitate opportunities for other staff as well.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the educational experience.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.</li><li>Collaborate with the Director of Records for monthly meetings and planning.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university in Education or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.</li><li>Previous teaching experience is highly desirable but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds.</li><li>A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.</li><li>Familiarity with technology in the classroom is a plus, as well as an openness to integrating innovative teaching methods.</li><li>Must meet Colorado state requirements for lead teacher and director role.</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future of our students through education!Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
