If you thrive in a high-performance environment and consistently close deals, this opportunity is for you.Application Requirements (Read Carefully)<ul><li>Relevant experience is mandatory &ndash; applications without it will not be considered</li><li>Resume must be submitted in English</li><li>A recorded voice note introduction in English is required</li><li>Applications without a voice note will NOT be considered under any circumstances</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond quickly and professionally to inbound seller leads</li><li>Analyze residential property values using comps, condition assessments, and market trends</li><li>Build strong rapport with homeowners and confidently handle objections</li><li>Negotiate and close acquisition deals aligned with company targets</li><li>Maintain and manage all leads within CRM systems with consistent follow-up</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions through closing</li><li>Perform daily administrative and reporting tasks with high attention to detail</li><li>Work effectively within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or sales (residential preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of ARV, comps, and property evaluation</li><li>Excellent English communication and phone skills</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Highly organized, persistent, and results-oriented</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Pay: $5 &ndash; $10 per hour</li><li>Schedule: 1 PM &ndash; 9 PM CST</li><li>Type: Full-time</li><li>Location: Remote</li></ul>Pay: From E&pound;260.07 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please attach a Link to self introduction in English</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
