Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound seller leads
• Analyze residential property values using comps, condition assessments, and market trends
• Build strong rapport with homeowners and confidently handle objections
• Negotiate and close acquisition deals aligned with company targets
• Maintain and manage all leads within CRM systems with consistent follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions through closing
• Perform daily administrative and reporting tasks with high attention to detail
• Work effectively within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or sales (residential preferred)
• Strong understanding of ARV, comps, and property evaluation
• Excellent English communication and phone skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Highly organized, persistent, and results-oriented

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $5 – $10 per hour
• Schedule: 1 PM – 9 PM CST
• Type: Full-time
• Location: Remote

Pay: From E£260.07 per hour
