Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

• Role: Real Estate Sales Team Leader
• Location: District 5, New Cairo, Egypt
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor a team of 5–10 real estate consultants to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team KPIs, conducting daily/weekly meetings to review performance and pipeline.
• Training & Recruitment: Identify training needs, conduct regular coaching sessions, and assist in recruiting new sales agents.
• Strategy & Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and provide market analysis to management.
• Client Relationship Management: Oversee client meetings, handle negotiations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to maximize closing rates.
• Brokerage Operations: Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, update team members on new projects, and manage administrative duties.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Cairo real estate market (e.g., New Cairo, North Coast).
• Must Own a car.
• Must be a graduate.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, exceptional negotiation and closing skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English.
