Job Summary<ul><li>Role: Real Estate Sales Team Leader</li><li>Location: District 5, New Cairo, Egypt</li><li>Job Type: Full-time, On-site</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor a team of 5&ndash;10 real estate consultants to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track team KPIs, conducting daily/weekly meetings to review performance and pipeline.</li><li>Training &amp; Recruitment: Identify training needs, conduct regular coaching sessions, and assist in recruiting new sales agents.</li><li>Strategy &amp; Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and provide market analysis to management.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Oversee client meetings, handle negotiations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to maximize closing rates.</li><li>Brokerage Operations: Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, update team members on new projects, and manage administrative duties.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.</li><li>Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Cairo real estate market (e.g., New Cairo, North Coast).</li><li>Must Own a car.</li><li>Must be a graduate.</li><li>Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, exceptional negotiation and closing skills, and strong communication abilities.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English.</li></ul>Desired Attributes<ul><li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated.</li><li>Strong organizational and presentation skills.</li><li>Highly professional with a positive attitude.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 12 monthsPay: E&pound;18,000.00 - E&pound;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>We're urgently hiring, are you ready to start immediately?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in the Real Estate industry, and how many years as Sales Team Leader?</li><li>Type your contact numbers.</li><li>What is your English level, Excellent or Fluent?</li><li>Do you have a car?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
