Job Description:We are seeking a talented SQL Database Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This is a mid-level position focused on developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL databases for applications.Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>Database Development &amp; Maintenance: Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases for applications, ensuring functionality, security, and regular backups.</li><li>SQL Query Design &amp; Optimization: Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to improve application performance using MS SQL.</li><li>Data Integrity &amp; Security: Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across multiple databases while adhering to data privacy regulations.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with development teams and project managers to define technical solutions and contribute to the application lifecycle.</li><li>Continual Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Database Administration:Along with development, you will be involved in:<ul><li>Database management, migration, and integration</li><li>Backup, recovery, and performance tuning</li><li>Ensuring security, compliance, and high availability</li><li>Scripting and automation for database tasks</li><li>Troubleshooting and support</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer.</li><li>Proficiency in T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, and schema design.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.</li><li>Experience in database schema design and normalization.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>C# .NET and REST API experience is a bonus.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Knowledge of .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.</li><li>Experience with databases like Oracle or PostgreSQL.</li></ul>Personality Traits:<ul><li>Creative and adaptable</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly analytical</li><li>A problem-solver who works well in a team and independently</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time (9AM to 6PM)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
