We&rsquo;re Hiring: Social Media &amp; Brand Manager (Fashion &amp; Jewellery)We are a growing Silver Jewellery brand looking for a smart, creative, and execution-focused female professional who can help scale our brand through social media, influencer marketing, PR, and content-led branding over the next 6 months.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute monthly content calendars (Instagram-focused)</li><li>Lead influencer outreach &amp; collaborations (barter + paid)</li><li>Coordinate and manage photoshoots (concepts, mood boards, execution)</li><li>Handle and guide photographers, models, and creators</li><li>Drive brand storytelling, PR collaborations &amp; positioning</li><li>Align social media strategy with branding &amp; marketing goals</li><li>Bring fresh ideas to grow reach, engagement, and brand recall</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Female candidate preferred</li><li>3&ndash;10 years experience in fashion / jewellery / makeup / skincare / clothing brands</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, aesthetics &amp; algorithms</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; coordination skills</li><li>Brand-first mindset with hands-on execution ability</li><li>Someone smart, proactive, and independent&mdash;not just a scheduler</li><li>Experience in PR, shoots, branding &amp; influencer marketing is a big plus</li></ul>Work Details<ul><li>Work From Home</li><li>Location preference: Noida (or nearby &ndash; for shoot coordination)</li><li>Salary: &#8377;10,000 &ndash; &#8377;15,000 per month (based on experience)</li><li>High growth opportunity with a fast-scaling startup</li></ul>Interested candidates, please DM / email with:<ul><li>Your resume</li><li>Instagram handles/brands you&rsquo;ve worked with</li><li>Brief note on why you&rsquo;re a good fit</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, FreelancePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
