We’re Hiring: Social Media & Brand Manager (Fashion & Jewellery)

We are a growing Silver Jewellery brand looking for a smart, creative, and execution-focused female professional who can help scale our brand through social media, influencer marketing, PR, and content-led branding over the next 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars (Instagram-focused)
• Lead influencer outreach & collaborations (barter + paid)
• Coordinate and manage photoshoots (concepts, mood boards, execution)
• Handle and guide photographers, models, and creators
• Drive brand storytelling, PR collaborations & positioning
• Align social media strategy with branding & marketing goals
• Bring fresh ideas to grow reach, engagement, and brand recall

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidate preferred
• 3–10 years experience in fashion / jewellery / makeup / skincare / clothing brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, aesthetics & algorithms
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Brand-first mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Someone smart, proactive, and independent—not just a scheduler
• Experience in PR, shoots, branding & influencer marketing is a big plus

Work Details

• Work From Home
• Location preference: Noida (or nearby – for shoot coordination)
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
