Tired of inconsistent hours and low pay?We&rsquo;re offering something different.At Sort of Stephanie, we&rsquo;re hiring a Lead Coverage Technician&mdash;a dependable, go-to team member who helps keep our operations running smoothly when coverage is needed.This is a high-priority role with guaranteed hours, higher pay, with job security<ul><li>$18.00/hour starting pay</li><li>15-27 GUARANTEED hours every week</li><li>Paid travel time if more than one location is visited in a day</li><li>Opportunity to grow into lead or supervisor roles</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Fill in at different commercial cleaning locations as needed</li><li>Cover call-offs and schedule gaps</li><li>Follow detailed cleaning checklists at each site</li><li>Maintain high-quality standards across all buildings</li><li>Be ready to adapt&mdash;no two days are exactly the same</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday - 4:00pm -8:00pm</li><li>Start times may vary (some early mornings, some evenings)</li><li>Flexibility is REQUIRED</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:<ul><li>Shows up.
