Lead Coverage Technician – Commercial Cleaning

At Sort of Stephanie, we’re hiring a Lead Coverage Technician—a dependable, go-to team member who helps keep our operations running smoothly when coverage is needed.

This is a high-priority role with guaranteed hours, higher pay, with job security

• $18.00/hour starting pay
• 15-27 GUARANTEED hours every week
• Paid travel time if more than one location is visited in a day
• Opportunity to grow into lead or supervisor roles

What You’ll Do:

• Fill in at different commercial cleaning locations as needed
• Cover call-offs and schedule gaps
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists at each site
• Maintain high-quality standards across all buildings
• Be ready to adapt—no two days are exactly the same

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday - 4:00pm -8:00pm
• Start times may vary (some early mornings, some evenings)
• Flexibility is REQUIRED

This role is critical to our team. We’re looking for someone who has Commercial Cleaning Experience, Lives in Oakland County and is reliable, adaptable, takes and pride in their work.
