This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills across a variety of treatments while engaging in retail sales, social media management, and guest services to grow your professional footprint.Duties<ul><li>Perform eyelash extensions, brow shaping, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.</li><li>Deliver advanced skincare procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs.</li><li>Provide expert makeup application and nail care services to complete the beauty experience.</li><li>Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and retail products that suit individual goals.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols.</li><li>Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail transactions.</li><li>Engage actively in social media management by showcasing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building our online community.</li><li>Assist at the front desk with guest check-in/out, product demos, upselling services, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.</li><li>Support retail sales efforts by educating clients on product benefits and conducting product demos to boost revenue.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, tattooing techniques, straight razor grooming, and med spa advancements to provide innovative services.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid license or certification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Barbering or related fields; additional certifications in Botox/dermal fillers or laser treatments are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling (including hair threading), nail care or related beauty services.</li><li>Strong management skills with familiarity using salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to enhance revenue streams.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining high standards of quality.</li><li>Passion for continuous learning about new beauty techniques such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments.
