This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, learn new techniques, and grow within a thriving beauty establishment.Duties<ul><li>Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using the latest techniques and tools.</li><li>Provide expert advice on nail care routines, color choices based on color theory, and maintenance tips to ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for all tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience.</li><li>Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences, upsell retail products like nail care items or skincare products, and build lasting relationships.</li><li>Keep up-to-date with industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, and other beauty services to provide innovative options.</li><li>Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design.</li><li>Knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs tailored to individual client preferences.</li><li>Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations.</li><li>Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and promote retail products confidently.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards.</li></ul>Join us today and become part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming beauty routines into empowering experiences!Pay: $1,926.47 - $2,320.05 per weekWork Location: In person
