Duties

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using the latest techniques and tools.
• Provide expert advice on nail care routines, color choices based on color theory, and maintenance tips to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for all tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience.
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences, upsell retail products like nail care items or skincare products, and build lasting relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, and other beauty services to provide innovative options.
• Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail art and design.
• Knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs tailored to individual client preferences.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations.
• Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, or barbering are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and promote retail products confidently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality service standards.

Pay: $1,926.47 - $2,320.05 per week
