Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades and designs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for home use.
• Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments when appropriate.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.

Skills

• Proficient in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure client safety.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of cosmetology principles related to hair styling, hair threading, and barbering is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail math to assist in sales transactions effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
