Responsibilities

• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements.
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to offer innovative services.
• Upsell retail products such as nail care essentials, skincare items, or body waxing treatments to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and genuine customer service, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with specialization in nail technology from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in performing a variety of nail services with attention to detail and artistic flair.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Familiarity with color theory, nail care products, and current trends in nail art and design.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recommendations.
