Duties

• Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Gel X, Hard gel and nail art with precision and attention to detail
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations, ensuring the safety of clients and staff
• Stay current on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
• Promote retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items through effective upselling strategies
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed for daily operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, sanitation standards, and skin health
• Experience with various nail treatments such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care
• Familiarity with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to perform retail math for upselling opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment
• Passion for continuous learning about new trends in nail design and overall beauty industry advancements

Pay: $170.00 - $450.00 per day
