Nail Technician

Requirements:

• Able to work at-least 30 hours per week
• MD Esthetician or Cosmetology license required
• Great customer service skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong communication and work ethic
• Team-player mindset
• Work authorization

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences
• Applying gel polish
• Applying dipping powder (preferred)
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
• Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked
• Providing quality hand and foot massages

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Experience:

• Nail care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Maryland Cosmetology or Nail License (Preferred) (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Baltimore, MD 21202: Relocate before starting work (Required)
