 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time hybrid Sales Staff role based in Markaz Banha with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchant partners, managing and nurturing client relationships, promoting Souhoola&rsquo;s financial products, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing product training to merchants, resolving client inquiries, and delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong sales and business development skills, including negotiation and relationship building
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer service expertise with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
 </li>

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to manage and track sales activities

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in the financial or retail sectors is a plus
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
 </li>
