Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Staff role based in Markaz Banha with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchant partners, managing and nurturing client relationships, promoting Souhoola’s financial products, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing product training to merchants, resolving client inquiries, and delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including negotiation and relationship building
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to manage and track sales activities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in the financial or retail sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
