Operation/ Backoffice Coordinator&middot; Day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.&middot; Coordinate with internal teams &ndash; between packing / logistics and the creative and product content team&middot; Handling online Listings and changes; monitoring online processes&middot; Coordinating logistics processes to ensure optimal operational performance&middot; Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR&middot; Person having work experience in Operations / Packing / Logistics department.&middot; Prior experience in Online / E-commerce companies will be preferred.&middot; Good command of common Computer software &ndash; MS Office especially Excel / Online Forms &amp; Data / Emailing etc&middot; Good English (spoken and written) skills&middot; Very strong communication skills in person, on phone, and via email with people with varying technical understanding&middot; Multi-tasker. Having experience of working in a team. Highly customer‐service oriented&middot; Very strong attention to detail. Meticulous and Careful. Self-motivated.&middot; Good Initiative and attitude of problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance2. Meticulous and Careful.
