Operations/ Backoffice Executive

1. Operation/ Backoffice Coordinator

· Day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.

· Coordinate with internal teams – between packing / logistics and the creative and product content team

· Handling online Listings and changes; monitoring online processes

· Coordinating logistics processes to ensure optimal operational performance

· Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Person having work experience in Operations / Packing / Logistics department.

· Prior experience in Online / E-commerce companies will be preferred.

· Good command of common Computer software – MS Office especially Excel / Online Forms & Data / Emailing etc

· Good English (spoken and written) skills

· Very strong communication skills in person, on phone, and via email with people with varying technical understanding

· Multi-tasker. Having experience of working in a team. Highly customer‐service oriented

· Very strong attention to detail. Meticulous and Careful. Self-motivated.

· Good Initiative and attitude of problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance

2. Back Office - Operations Executive

· Day-to-day handling of operational activities – invoices / packing slips /

· Coordination with Store and Packing Team

· Monitoring online processes – Listings / Shipments etc

· Coordinating logistics processes to ensure optimal operational performance

· Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Person having 1 to 4 year work experience in Operations / Packing / Logistics / Export department.

· Prior experience in Online / E-commerce companies will be preferred.

· Good command of common Computer software – MS Office especially Excel / Online Forms & Data / Emailing etc

· Very strong attention to detail. Meticulous and Careful. Self-motivated.

· Good Initiative and attitude of problem solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance

· Age limit _ 21 years to 38 Years

· Salary _ 13K to 18 K

· Location _ Noida Sector 65

· Immediate joiner Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
