Target start: August or September 2026.<ul><li>Maintain a caseload of 25 clients/week via telehealth</li><li>Provide individual therapy to adults using depth-oriented, integrative, and holistic approaches</li><li>Complete intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans in SimplePractice</li><li>Participate in monthly paid group supervision and bimonthly paid experiential learning</li><li>Facilitate compensated virtual workshops and events as interest and opportunity arise</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Full licensure as LICSW, LMHC, LCMHC, or equivalent in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and/or Vermont (licensure in one state is sufficient)</li><li>Resides in RI, MA, or VT</li><li>Experience carrying a full outpatient or private practice caseload</li><li>Comfort with a non-pathologizing, relational approach to therapy</li><li>Self-directed and at ease in a fully remote setting</li><li>Preferred: training or genuine interest in depth-oriented modalities &mdash; Jungian, IFS, Hakomi, somatic, mindfulness, or psychospiritual approaches</li></ul>BEYOND YOUR QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>You trust your intuition alongside your training</li><li>You are drawn to depth, meaning, and healing that can't be measured</li><li>You see your clients as deeply human &mdash; not diagnostic categories</li><li>You are on your own journey, and you bring that aliveness into the room</li><li>You may have offerings outside of therapy &mdash; sacred arts, coaching, intuitive work &mdash; and we actively encourage that</li></ul>ABOUT THE PRACTICEA home for renegade therapists doing soulful work.Soul Tending Psychotherapy is a small, intentionally growing practice serving adults in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
