<li>Join our close-knit team of 22 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Board certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.</li>
<li>New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.</li>
<li>Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).</li>
<li>Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. We cannot consider 2026 J1 waiver candidates for this site at this time.</li>

Scheduling:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time day positions follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes.</li>
<li>Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.</li>
</ul>
