Grow the Source Vital Beauty Market Showroom sales by using your creativity and sales expertise.Enjoy one-on-one consultations (in-person, over the phone or email) with current and potential new customers. Properly advise them on product protocols and regimens, making recommendations based on product catalog knowledge. This position is a great opportunity to play a fundamental role in achieving our sales growth numbers.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Greet and consult in-person with customers who come into our Beauty Market (showroom)</li><li>Engage with social media influencers in the Beauty Market, participating in videos and photos and educating about our products</li><li>Create social media content for our showroom highlighting our products and their uses while also following tip trends</li><li>Creatively stage showroom to showcase</li><li>Understand customer needs and make proper recommendations based on product knowledge</li><li>Manage inventory for our Beauty Market</li><li>Work with team to build and boost company&rsquo;s monthly promotional calendar</li><li>Assist with the creation of new marketing material</li><li>Track and improve sales performance, showing growth month over month and year over year</li></ul>REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Social Media content creation</li><li>Active listening skills</li><li>Goal-oriented</li><li>Self-motivated and self-directed</li><li>Strong phone presence</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, &ldquo;think on your feet&rdquo;, and find solutions to problems</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively</li><li>Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)</li></ul>PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Experience working one-on-one with clients in a consultative, sales environment</li><li>E-commerce (Wordpress, Shopify, Big Commerce, Amazon, etc)</li><li>Background in the beauty industry - working retail or educated esthetician, massage therapist, aromatherapist, etc</li><li>Associate's Degree or an equivalent, relevant certification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please share examples of your social media page(s) or specific social media content you created. </li><li>Why do you want to work at Source Vital Apothecary? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
