Source Vital is currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Grow the Source Vital Beauty Market Showroom sales by using your creativity and sales expertise.

Enjoy one-on-one consultations (in-person, over the phone or email) with current and potential new customers. Properly advise them on product protocols and regimens, making recommendations based on product catalog knowledge. This position is a great opportunity to play a fundamental role in achieving our sales growth numbers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and consult in-person with customers who come into our Beauty Market (showroom)
• Engage with social media influencers in the Beauty Market, participating in videos and photos and educating about our products
• Create social media content for our showroom highlighting our products and their uses while also following tip trends
• Creatively stage showroom to showcase
• Understand customer needs and make proper recommendations based on product knowledge
• Manage inventory for our Beauty Market
• Work with team to build and boost company’s monthly promotional calendar
• Assist with the creation of new marketing material
• Track and improve sales performance, showing growth month over month and year over year

• Experience working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience working one-on-one with clients in a consultative, sales environment
• E-commerce (Wordpress, Shopify, Big Commerce, Amazon, etc)
• Background in the beauty industry - working retail or educated esthetician, massage therapist, aromatherapist, etc
• Associate's Degree or an equivalent, relevant certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
