You must reside within 50 miles of Houston Metro area to be considered.
This can be a perfect growth opportunity for the right candidate. The position requires experience within Automotive Dealerships or a positive Direct To Business sales performance history. The work-life balance is excellent and the compensation is outstanding. You will combine home-office tasks with in-person Auto Dealership presentations to key senior management staff.

Position Overview

  • Job Title: Dealer Account Manager – Automotive Diagnostic Software
  • Location: Remote-In Person Dealer Visits Required
  • Work-Life Balance : Monday through Friday flexible daily work schedule
  • Compensation: 100% Commission based compensation package

Top performers can achieve $59–110K annually based on performance and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 10 personal calls to automotive dealers per day to introduce and demonstrate our innovative diagnostic software and patent-pending reader device.
  • Build and nurture relationships with dealership owners, service managers, and decision-makers to identify pain points and demonstrate how CarDr.com solutions can transform their business.
  • Close deals by highlighting the proven $100K-200K+ annual revenue boost our tools provide for end-user customers through faster diagnostics, improved accuracy, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Track leads, manage your pipeline, and report daily activity using our CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends to position CarDr.com as the go-to solution for dealers nationwide.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive dealerships, software, or B2B sales – but if you're a hustler with a track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you!
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and physical/virtual demos..
  • Familiarity with automotive diagnostics or dealership operations is a plus, but not mandatory – we'll provide comprehensive training on our products.
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet, phone, and computer.
