We are looking for an experienced Floral Designer for our Boca Raton Florist. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a flair for design. The Full time Floral Designer will possess extensive experience and a natural flair for design, adept at crafting exquisite, structurally sound floral arrangements using fresh blooms.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design stunning and structurally sound floral arrangements and orchid plant designs.</li><li>Replicate online floral arrangements according to specifications.</li><li>Prepare, process, clean, and maintain the freshness of flowers</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop.</li><li>Fulfill any other assigned duties as needed</li></ul>Job Requirements:&middot; +2 years of design experience in a florist- This will be verified.&middot; Capable of standing and crafting flower arrangements for extended periods&middot; Proficient in decision-making, effective communication, following directions, and working autonomously&middot; Proficiency in English&middot; Demonstrated punctuality and reliability&middot; Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs. or more..
