Experienced Floral Designer - Boca Raton

We are looking for an experienced Floral Designer for our Boca Raton Florist. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a flair for design.

The Full time Floral Designer will possess extensive experience and a natural flair for design, adept at crafting exquisite, structurally sound floral arrangements using fresh blooms.

Responsibilities:

• Design stunning and structurally sound floral arrangements and orchid plant designs.
• Replicate online floral arrangements according to specifications.
• Prepare, process, clean, and maintain the freshness of flowers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop.
• Fulfill any other assigned duties as needed

Job Requirements:

· +2 years of design experience in a florist- This will be verified.

· Capable of standing and crafting flower arrangements for extended periods

· Proficient in decision-making, effective communication, following directions, and working autonomously

· Proficiency in English

· Demonstrated punctuality and reliability

· Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs. or more.
