Floral Designer

Responsibilities:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

- Being able to replicate existing designs.

- Being able to contribute to new design creation.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers.
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Organizing daily orders.

Experience:
- 2-3 years Experience in design focused floral businesses as a hands-on designer
- Knowledge of flowers and their care and use in floral designs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their preferences
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders
- Basic knowledge of garden and landscape maintenance for flower arrangements

Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail for creating visually appealing arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy flower arrangements
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
