Customer service and client interaction is a #1 Priority! We are seeking highly qualified, positive, motivated, compassionate and proactive individuals.CSR Duties:<ul><li>Providing &ldquo;First Class&rdquo; customer service</li><li>Scheduling appointments and answering clients questions/concerns</li><li>Educating clients on vaccines and pet care</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to effectively listen and assist clients with positive outcomes</li><li>Invoicing and checking in/out clients</li><li>Maintaining medical records</li><li>Scanning, copying, faxing and other office duties as necessary</li></ul>Client Service Representative Skills:<ul><li>Providing &ldquo;First Class&rdquo; customer service</li><li>&ldquo;Avimark&rdquo; system a plus but not required</li><li>Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment</li><li>Friendly, compassionate, outgoing and professional in appearance, speaking and writing</li><li>Able to work under pressure and high levels of stress</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong problem solving skills</li></ul>Excellent personal veterinary care discounts, paid time off, dental insurance, holidays and more. Medical/Vision insurance for permanent Full-Time employees. We offer competitive pay depending on experience and skill level. Veterinary pharmacy and veterinary assisting a plus!! Required 2 years of customer service. Looking for a part-time person at this time approx. 20-32 hours a week. Will include afternoons/evenings until approx 7pm and one weekend day until approx 6pm.
