Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused part-time Aesthetic / Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. This role requires a strong understanding of skin health, hands-on clinical support, and the ability to create a seamless, elevated patient experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist providers during aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser procedures, and advanced skincare services</li><li>Perform weight loss injections (e.g., GLP-1 treatments) in accordance with provider protocols</li><li>Conduct intake phone calls for prospective and existing patients, including screening, education, and scheduling support</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms, ensure proper sanitation, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment</li><li>Conduct patient intake, medical history updates, and pre/post-treatment documentation</li><li>Educate patients on skincare, post-care instructions, and treatment plans</li><li>Apply topical numbing agents and assist with patient comfort during procedures</li><li>Capture before-and-after photos in alignment with company standards</li><li>Support front desk and patient flow as needed to ensure an efficient schedule</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and skincare products (required)</li><li>Experience administering injections (or willingness to be trained) preferred</li><li>Familiarity with treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser services, and chemical peels is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience assisting with injectables and laser treatments</li><li>Confidence in discussing weight loss programs and converting consultations into treatment plans</li><li>Comfort discussing skincare regimens and product recommendations</li><li>Sales-minded with the ability to support treatment plan conversions and retail sales</li><li>Esthetician license, preferred, but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Collaborative, team-oriented environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth within aesthetics and wellness</li><li>Ongoing training and education on advanced treatments and skincare</li><li>Potential bonuses/commission opportunities</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please explain how your prior work experience has prepared you for this role. </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Med spa: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Esthetician License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
