Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused part-time Aesthetic / Medical Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services. This role requires a strong understanding of skin health, hands-on clinical support, and the ability to create a seamless, elevated patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers during aesthetic treatments including injectables, laser procedures, and advanced skincare services
- Perform weight loss injections (e.g., GLP-1 treatments) in accordance with provider protocols
- Conduct intake phone calls for prospective and existing patients, including screening, education, and scheduling support
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensure proper sanitation, and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Conduct patient intake, medical history updates, and pre/post-treatment documentation
- Educate patients on skincare, post-care instructions, and treatment plans
- Apply topical numbing agents and assist with patient comfort during procedures
- Capture before-and-after photos in alignment with company standards
- Support front desk and patient flow as needed to ensure an efficient schedule
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and skincare products (required)
- Experience administering injections (or willingness to be trained) preferred
- Familiarity with treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser services, and chemical peels is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience assisting with injectables and laser treatments
- Confidence in discussing weight loss programs and converting consultations into treatment plans
- Comfort discussing skincare regimens and product recommendations
- Sales-minded with the ability to support treatment plan conversions and retail sales
- Esthetician license, preferred, but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
