Our office emphasizes strong relationships, education, and a supportive team environment.Position OverviewWe are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator with dental front desk experience. This role goes beyond scheduling&mdash;you will help guide patients through treatment, answer questions, and support case acceptance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients</li><li>Schedule and manage appointments using Dentrix Ascend</li><li>Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely, professional manner</li><li>Check patients in and out efficiently</li><li>Collect and update medical history and insurance information</li><li>Assist with billing and insurance coordination</li><li>Maintain smooth daily flow by coordinating with clinical staff</li><li>Ensure an excellent patient experience from first contact through follow-up</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a dental office (front desk or assisting)</li><li>Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend (preferred)</li><li>Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing fees/insurance</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask</li><li>Professional, compassionate, and team-focused</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Paid time off and sick time</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>CPR and OSHA training provided</li><li>Sexual harassment training</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Free parking</li></ul>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
