Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Aesthetician to join our innovative medical spa team. In this role, you will combine advanced nursing skills with aesthetic expertise to deliver personalized skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures. Your energetic approach will help elevate the guest experience, ensuring clients feel confident, cared for, and inspired by their transformations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers</li><li>Manage patient consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable procedures or products aligned with client goals.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results and satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols during all procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.</li><li>Utilize square and other software, know how to use an iPad.</li><li>Engage actively in social media management by sharing treatment results, promoting services, and connecting with clients online to boost our brand visibility.</li><li>Upsell products and services effectively through excellent guest services skills while maintaining genuine care for client needs.</li><li>Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines and treatment options to foster loyalty and repeat business.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a Nurse Aesthetician, must be a licensed RN, med spa setting with hands-on practice in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, micro needling, etc. welcome.</li><li>Strong management skills with familiarity using square software or willing to learn.</li><li>Knowledge of social media management tools to promote services effectively across platforms.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.</li><li>Experience in sanitation protocols specific to medical aesthetics environments is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity and client trust.</li><li>Familiarity with retail sales techniques within a health or beauty setting is highly desirable.
