Nurse Aesthetician

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Aesthetician to join our innovative medical spa team. Duties

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers
• Manage patient consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend suitable procedures or products aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols during all procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Utilize square and other software, know how to use an iPad.
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing treatment results, promoting services, and connecting with clients online to boost our brand visibility.
• Upsell products and services effectively through excellent guest services skills while maintaining genuine care for client needs.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines and treatment options to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nurse Aesthetician, must be a licensed RN, med spa setting with hands-on practice in botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, micro needling, etc. welcome.
• Strong management skills with familiarity using square software or willing to learn.
• Knowledge of social media management tools to promote services effectively across platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Experience in sanitation protocols specific to medical aesthetics environments is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity and client trust.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
