We specialize in fresh floral design, high-touch customer experiences, and curated events that celebrate natural beauty and creativity.Role Overview:We are seeking a talented and dedicated Floral Designer to join our floral team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about flowers, thrives in a creative, hands-on environment, and is excited to contribute to both daily retail and large-scale event design.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and execute fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, holidays, and custom client requests</li><li>Manage day-to-day retail operations, including customer service, merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inspiring shop environment</li><li>Monitor floral inventory and place orders to ensure seasonal freshness and availability</li><li>Assist in the preparation and on-site floral setup for weddings, events, and installations as needed</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of both retail and event work</li><li>Support seasonal promotions, pop-ups, and special retail displays</li><li>Weekend availability is required, especially around holidays and event dates</li></ul>Additional Information:This position offers a creative and collaborative opportunity to shape the client experience through beautiful design and outstanding service.
