Floral Designer

South Street Gardens is a curated destination that blends a garden center, full-service florist, luxury home and gift shop, and thoughtfully designed event venue. We specialize in fresh floral design, high-touch customer experiences, and curated events that celebrate natural beauty and creativity.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Floral Designer to join our floral team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about flowers, thrives in a creative, hands-on environment, and is excited to contribute to both daily retail and large-scale event design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute fresh floral arrangements for daily orders, holidays, and custom client requests
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including customer service, merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, inspiring shop environment
• Monitor floral inventory and place orders to ensure seasonal freshness and availability
• Assist in the preparation and on-site floral setup for weddings, events, and installations as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of both retail and event work
• Support seasonal promotions, pop-ups, and special retail displays
• Weekend availability is required, especially around holidays and event dates
