Southeastern Preparatory Academy (SEPA) Position: Administrative Assistant (Student Services &amp; Enrollment)Southeastern Preparatory Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support student services, enrollment, and daily school operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and be familiar with Step Up for Students scholarship processes and the FACTS Student Information System.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage student records, enrollment, and re-enrollment processes</li><li>Process and monitor Step Up for Students scholarships and compliance requirements</li><li>Maintain and update student data in FACTS SIS/Family Portal</li><li>Assist with attendance tracking and reporting</li><li>Support communication with parents regarding accounts, documents, and school procedures</li><li>Coordinate documentation for admissions, withdrawals, and transfers</li><li>Provide front office support and ensure a welcoming environment for families and visitors</li><li>Assist administration with reports, and compliance documentation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a school or educational setting preferred</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Step Up for Students scholarship platform</li><li>Experience using FACTS SIS/Family Portal</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li><li>Experience working with international student documentation (a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of enrollment and admissions processes</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Part time( 20 hours)</li><li>Hours aligned with school operations</li></ul>Why Join SEPA<ul><li>Supportive and collaborative school environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a direct impact on student success</li><li>Dynamic academic and athletic community</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Cover Letter</li><li>References</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
