This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and organizational skills are essential for success.Duties<ul><li>Input, verify, and maintain data within multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness updates, and transactional data</li><li>Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability of information</li><li>Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables for data analysis and reporting</li><li>Conduct transcription of recorded or written information into digital formats with high accuracy</li><li>Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval</li><li>Support clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and retrieving documents to facilitate smooth office operations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word</li><li>Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and order entry platforms</li><li>Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry best practices</li><li>Basic research skills is a must</li><li>Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience in filing, data collection, and administrative support</li><li>Team work and interpersonal skills is a must</li></ul>Join us as an EBR/Data Entry Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems!
