EBR/Data Entry Specialist

Duties

• Input, verify, and maintain data within multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness updates, and transactional data
• Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability of information
• Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables for data analysis and reporting
• Conduct transcription of recorded or written information into digital formats with high accuracy
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval
• Support clerical tasks such as filing, sorting, and retrieving documents to facilitate smooth office operations

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and order entry platforms
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry best practices
• Basic research skills is a must
• Previous clerical or office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with experience in filing, data collection, and administrative support
• Team work and interpersonal skills is a must

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
