Whether assisting with routine tasks or offering companionship, you will be an essential part of our mission to deliver exceptional in-home care services.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness.</li><li>Administer medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.</li><li>Support clients in light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments or errands.</li><li>Monitor clients&rsquo; health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members.</li><li>Follow care plans meticulously while maintaining a respectful and positive relationship with clients.</li><li>Document care provided accurately and maintain detailed records of client interactions and observations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in home care or related settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for each caregiver.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse individuals.</li><li>Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently; experience with emergency medicine is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of geriatrics, medical-surgical care, or post-acute care environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
