Recruiting top-tier reps who match our mission and pace &mdash; not churn-and-burn closers</li><li>
Leading a disciplined sales team with real systems, not vibes</li><li>
Running ride-alongs, call coaching, and scope reviews</li><li>
Training every rep to pitch with purpose &mdash; not pressure</li><li>
Driving Freedom Guard&trade; as a built-in promise, not a post-sale add-on</li><li>
Coaching through CRM visibility, daily KPI logs, and performance loops</li><li>
Protecting tone, clarity, and customer trust at every step</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></h3><ul><li>
Proven recruiting and onboarding experience (field team preferred)</li><li>
Roofing or storm restoration background a plus &mdash; but we train the right people</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license + clean record</li><li>
