What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Recruiting top-tier reps who match our mission and pace — not churn-and-burn closers
  • Leading a disciplined sales team with real systems, not vibes
  • Running ride-alongs, call coaching, and scope reviews
  • Training every rep to pitch with purpose — not pressure
  • Driving Freedom Guard™ as a built-in promise, not a post-sale add-on
  • Coaching through CRM visibility, daily KPI logs, and performance loops
  • Protecting tone, clarity, and customer trust at every step

You’ll Need:

  • Proven recruiting and onboarding experience (field team preferred)
  • Roofing or storm restoration background a plus — but we train the right people
  • Valid driver’s license + clean record
  • Calm, confident energy — the kind that earns trust quickly
