As our Membership Sales Consultant, you will:

• Drive Revenue: Educate prospects, close membership and package sales, and exceed monthly goals.
• Deliver Excellence: Perform professional whitening treatments (training provided; no prior license required) and ensure every client leaves thrilled.
• Own the Experience: Manage scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintain a spotless, welcoming studio environment.
• Build Relationships: Foster long-term loyalty through personalized service and proactive membership renewals.

What You Bring

• Sales Expertise: A minimum of two years’ success in commission-based sales across industries such as dental, wellness, pest control, alarm systems, automotive dealerships, membership services, or other high-ticket retail sectors.
• Client Focus: Outstanding communication skills, polished presentation, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Self-Starter: Confidence to work independently and drive your own pipeline.
