POSITION TITLE: Assistant Sales Lead
RESPONSIBILITY: This position works alongside the Sales Manager to act as a liaison, oversee sales/customer service rep staff. Contributes to the overall company success by ensuring sales goals are met.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Sunday - Occasionally
DRESS CODE: Business Casual Attire
PAY RATE: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for setting the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards
Conduct training, coaching, developing and motivating sales/customer service reps to achieve maximum sales productivity
Assist Sales Manager with leading the sales team and server as the expert on company culture, sales operations and policies and procedures
Create and implement strategic sales plans
Recover customers, build and maintain client relationships
Assist sales staff when handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits to improve customer satisfaction
Attend outside customer meetings with sales/customer service reps
Assist Sales Manager with sales presentations
Establish individual and annual sales goals for team members
Provide periodic reports
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth coordination and drive overall business success.
Other functions and tasks as assigned by your manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong leadership qualities
Strong delegation skills and strategic thinking
Minimum of 4 years sales experience with at least 2 years of sales management experience
Ability to coach and supervise staff, included but not limited to, organizing, delegating, training and motivating sales team
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email
Bilingual – English and Spanish (must)
Exhibit good decision making, problem solving, demonstrate great communication, organizational skills and detailed-oriented.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to travel out of state
