Southern Health Partners (SHP) is looking for a Full-Time LPN Medical Services Coordinator to guide our clinical team and deliver quality care in a secure, supportive environment at the Granville County Jail.
This role is perfect for a natural leader who knows how to balance patient care with team mentorship and efficient daily operations &mdash; all while maintaining professionalism and heart.
The Details: 
Location: Granville County Jail 
Position: LPN Medical Services Coordinator 
Schedule: 3&times;12-Hour Day Shifts (7am&ndash;7pm)
What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Lead and support a small, dedicated medical team
</li><li>Oversee daily clinical operations and patient care coordination
</li><li>Act as the on-site clinical decision-maker
</li><li>Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and your nursing team
</li><li>Ensure compliance with treatment protocols, procedures, and state guidelines
