Our practice is growing, our referral flow is strong, and our compensation is straightforward.We're hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team.CompensationTwo models &mdash; choose what fits you:<ul><li>Salaried: $65,000&ndash;$85,000/year based on experience</li><li>Percentage-based (W-2): 60% of collections. With our referral volume, a full caseload typically yields strong six-figure earnings for established clinicians.</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy to adults (18+).
