LCSW or LCPC — Full-Time Outpatient Therapist | 60% Collections + Full Admin Support

Join an established outpatient behavioral health practice in the Metro East where you can focus on clinical work instead of paperwork. We handle scheduling, billing, credentialing, and insurance — you focus on your clients. Our practice is growing, our referral flow is strong, and our compensation is straightforward.

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team.

Compensation

Two models — choose what fits you:

• Salaried: $65,000–$85,000/year based on experience
• Percentage-based (W-2): 60% of collections. With our referral volume, a full caseload typically yields strong six-figure earnings for established clinicians.

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy to adults (18+). If you'd like to see adolescents 15 and older, that's welcome too.
• Maintain a caseload of 30+ sessions per week — our referral pipeline keeps your schedule full
• Document in eClinicalWorks (our EHR)
• Collaborate with our on-site psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication management and warm handoffs
• Optional: If you have training or interest in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, we'd love to hear from you — we offer ketamine, Spravato (esketamine), and TMS services alongside traditional psychiatric care

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license (required)
• Comfort managing a full clinical caseload independently
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Interest in KAP is a plus, not a requirement
